ESAB OK Flux 10.62 – Submerged Arc Welding Flux for Unalloyed and Low-Alloy Steels
Brief Description
ESAB OK Flux 10.62 is a highly basic, neutral, and bonded welding flux for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). It was specially developed for multi-pass butt welding of unalloyed and low-alloy steels and enables welds with high metallurgical purity and very good mechanical properties.
Its excellent slag properties result in uniformly shaped weld beads with easily removable slag. The welding flux is suitable for both AC and DC applications and can be used in single and multi-wire systems at currents up to 1000 A.
Due to its high impact toughness at low temperatures, OK Flux 10.62 is frequently used in demanding applications in steel construction and plant engineering.
