Description of PHOENIX 120 K Covered Electrode:

The electrode offers 110% recovery and ensures a particularly clean weld metal with a low hydrogen content of less than 5 ml / 100 g. The weld metal remains tough and resistant to cold cracking down to -50 ºC. Additionally, it is tested down to -10 ºC according to the COD method.
The electrode is suitable for various applications such as steel, boiler, tank, bridge, shipbuilding and vehicle construction, as well as offshore applications. It is particularly recommended for welding fine-grain structural steels.
