Optrel Swiss Air:

The optrel swiss air is a ventilated half mask that can be used in a variety of trades. This system is particularly useful for various applications, including welding, grinding, demolition work in the construction industry, industrial cleaning, food and chemical industries. This half mask can be easily worn under a welding helmet and is compatible with safety glasses and construction helmets.

The core component of the optrel swiss air powered air-purifying respirator system is a half mask that covers the mouth and nose and supplies clean air. The slight overpressure in the breathing zone facilitates breathing and eliminates bothersome breathing resistance. The half mask is made of high-tech fabric and can be comfortably adjusted thanks to an individually adjustable head strap, without the need for complex fit tests.

The clean air is supplied via a Y-hose from a miniaturized blower system worn on the back. This ensures that the user is constantly supplied with clean, pressurized air and that their respiratory tract is protected from contaminated air.

Important:

The optrel swiss air powered air-purifying respirator system must not be used in environments where there is an immediate danger to health or life, in atmospheres with less than 17% oxygen, or in highly toxic environments requiring a higher protection class than TH3 (EU). It is not classified as an ignition source in explosive atmospheres.
