Description for Diamondspark 54 MC

Fully sealed metal powder flux-cored electrode Böhler Diamondspark 54 MC, ideal for welding without intermediate cleaning in single or multi-pass applications. This electrode is suitable for both short and spray arcs, offering a low-spatter arc, a smooth weld seam surface, and reliable penetration. It achieves good mechanical properties even at low temperatures down to -60ºC. Primary applications include use in the steel industry, shipbuilding, vehicle construction, container construction, and pipeline construction. It underwent a CTOD test at -10ºC.
